Structural Revit Technician Job Description

We are seeking an experienced structural technician with a strong background in building structures to join our team in Bristol. Our award-winning practice is known for delivering high-quality projects, and we're looking for talented individuals to help us grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce detailed drawings and models using Revit, with training provided for those who need it.
  • Work closely with senior engineers to deliver projects on time and to budget.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of site issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors and architects to ensure project success.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as experience grows, with opportunities for professional development.
  • Work on building structures in various materials, from traditional to sustainable.
Requirements:
  • A relevant qualification in civil or structural engineering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the design process and a keen interest in digital BIM environments.
  • Experience working with Revit and a solid understanding of how buildings come together.
