Welcome to Premier Inn Belfast City Centre (Alfred Street), where you'll be the friendly face of our hotel. As a Front of House Team Member, you'll use your passion for customer service to make our guests feel at home.

**Your Role:**

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes greeting them warmly, answering their queries, and ensuring they have everything they need to make their stay with us enjoyable.

**What You'll Do:**

* Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
* Answer queries and provide information about our hotel and services
* Ensure guests have everything they need to make their stay enjoyable
* Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to ensure rooms are perfect
* Provide excellent customer service at all times
