**Healthcare Account Specialist Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Account Specialist to join our dynamic team at Staffline Recruitment Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal efficiency and service delivery to our clients in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and skills assessments to ensure legal and ethical compliance.
- Facilitate client-specific training and manage the onboarding process for candidates.
- Work closely with the Key Account Manager to provide tailored service delivery solutions.
- Regularly review service performance with clients, managing manpower planning and proposing service improvements.
- Ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds the client SLA, providing detailed management reports.
- Maintain accurate worker records, update systems, and conduct regular quality audits.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of professional account management or recruitment experience.
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grades A-C) or equivalent.
- Business Admin Level 3 qualification (desirable).
Key Qualities:
