We are thrilled to present an opportunity for a Youth Residential Support Specialist to become part of a remarkable 4-bed residential facility. In this position, you will provide support to young individuals aged 14-17 facing Emotional & Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) and exhibiting challenging behaviors.

Your role will involve engaging, motivating, and mentoring these young people, while participating in enjoyable activities such as gaming, movie nights, and creative arts.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a full driver's license and access to a vehicle
Overview:

Salary: £27,336 - £30,336 (inclusive of sleep allowance)

Location: Herefordshire

Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week (169 hours per month); Part-time options available
