About the Role

Elysium Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our Provider Compliance Assessment Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of our services with national regulatory standards and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on all requirements and recommendations made by external bodies, including regulatory agencies and industry associations.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with Elysium Healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, service users, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and report any serious issues or concerns found during site visits or reviews.
  • Work closely with the Director of Policy and Regulation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role or as a Registered Manager or senior clinician in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drill down into detail and identify potential issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels and with external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the health and social care regulatory frameworks in England and Wales, including the Mental Health Act and the Mental Capacity Act.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for the purpose of fulfilling this role.
