Job Description

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Providing strategic financial insights and support to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
  2. Developing and maintaining robust financial models and forecasts to drive business growth.
  3. Leading budgeting and planning processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Analysing financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  5. Presenting complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Driving process improvements and implementing best practices in financial management.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A qualified accounting background (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.
  2. A proven track record in a finance business partnering role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  4. Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
  5. Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  6. Hybrid working arrangements.
