About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Document Controller to join our team working on the Southern Renewals Enterprise from our office in Basingstoke.

The project will involve multiple individual schemes across Network Rail's Southern Route (Kent, Sussex & Wessex) and will require the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide document & administrative support to the commercial, engineering and operational teams.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely management of project documentation.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement document control processes.
  • Develop and maintain document control systems and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience in Document Control systems such as Asite or AutoDesk or similar.
  • IT Literate and competent in the use of software packages such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience within a Civil Engineering/Rail or Construction environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
