About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Aston Martin F1 Team. As a key member of our Facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Asset Care and Maintenance: Ensure all permanent and temporary assets are safe to operate, efficient, and meet relevant legislation.
  • Equipment Optimization: Continuously improve equipment availability and reliability, and manage critical spares inventory.
  • TPM and PPM Management: Work to the TPM and PPM schedules, and ensure systems are correct and up to date.
  • Breakdown Response and Fault Diagnosis: Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions to prevent future failures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Possess an excellent working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to read machine OEM manuals and technical documents.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience as a maintenance engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of workshop health and safety and environmental controls.
