Job Title: Clinical Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Nottingham CityCare Partnership CIC. As a Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, with experience in first contact care assessment and management of patients with undifferentiated illness and injury. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and delivering treatments to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical assessments and deliver treatments to patients with undifferentiated healthcare needs
  • Develop and implement care plans in conjunction with patients and their carers
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Participate in the development of clinical policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the training and education of other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Registered healthcare professional with a strong background in first contact care
  • Experience in assessing and managing patients with undifferentiated illness and injury
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work across a range of shifts and locations
