Warehouse Operative

Panic Transport is seeking a skilled Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their team at their Rugby site. This role involves order picking/packing or sorting from warehouse stock to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the business while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Complete all consignment paperwork accurately and on time to deliver exceptional service;
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to missing items of stock and dispatch to minimize customer complaints;
- Perform daily/weekly safety checks on manual handling equipment and work areas, complete relevant paperwork, and submit to Team Leader/Supervisor/Manager to ensure compliance;
- Maintain high standards of general housekeeping to ensure a clean and tidy workplace at all times;
- Work safely and in compliance with Health and Safety regulations to reduce the risk of accidents;
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Counterbalance FLT license;
- Knowledge of warehouse health & safety procedures;
- Experience with stock management software;
- Ability to demonstrate, understand, and apply Company values;
- Safe working practices;
- Talented and attentive individual;
- Reliable and trustworthy.
An application for a DBS certificate will be required if the individual is offered the position.
