What We're Looking For:

• A qualified and experienced early years professional with a Level 3 qualification or higher
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and safeguarding
• Experience of working with children and families in a childcare setting
