About the Role

Candidate Source Ltd, a leading advertising agency, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. As a trusted ecommerce fulfilment partner for hundreds of brands, they are looking for a sales professional to help drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with inbound leads generated by the marketing department and create new business opportunities through creative outbound outreach strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, showcasing the company's services and technology platform.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment with client needs and drive successful partnerships.
  • Utilize sales technology, such as Salesforce and Sales Navigator, to manage sales processes and track progress.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a consultative approach and understanding of value-added selling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive energy and ability to adapt to different situations.
  • Prior experience using sales technology and a willingness to learn and develop sales skills.
What We Offer
  • A basic salary of up to £60,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.
