About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team at Stoneacre Motor Group, one of the UK's leading automotive retailers.

Reporting to our Group Social Media Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment where innovation and creativity are highly valued.

What You'll Do
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all social media platforms by reviewing and approving content from our branch network.
  • Provide guidance and support to branches in developing their local social media strategies, fostering a collaborative approach to digital marketing.
  • Manage the scheduling and distribution of engaging company news, automotive manufacturer updates, and other relevant content across our social media channels.
  • Engage with our online community by promptly responding to messages and comments, building meaningful connections with our audience.
  • Create compelling visual content, including images and videos, to enhance brand awareness and drive organic engagement on social media platforms.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting market research and exploring innovative digital marketing strategies.
Who You Are
  • You possess proven experience in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally with relevant qualifications.
  • You are highly organized and adaptable, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while prioritizing time-sensitive responsibilities.
  • You have exceptional time management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Your written and verbal communication skills are impeccable, allowing you to craft clear, concise, and engaging content for various platforms.
  • You possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.
  • You are eager to learn and continuously develop your digital marketing expertise.
  • Basic Photoshop skills or similar graphic design software would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
