In your role as our next Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be hands-on, actively providing technical guidance across a diverse array of AI/ML fields, including Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, and Natural Language Processing.

Key Qualifications...

* Demonstrated experience in AI/ML research and development, particularly in computer vision, reinforcement learning, or NLP.

* Extensive experience in conceptualizing innovative applications of AI/ML methodologies, especially in adapting and implementing academic research.

* Strong foundation in software engineering - Proven experience in leading agile teams and delivering complex solutions efficiently.

In this role, you will be leading engineering teams (sometimes multiple at once) on AI/ML-related research and development projects, specifically offering technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers. Additionally, you will support business development efforts by engaging in early-stage client interactions and spearheading technical bidding processes, including defining solutions, estimating task breakdowns, and crafting technical documentation.
