About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team at Keltbray Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional commercial results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Commercial Manager in providing support to the contract delivery team to ensure profitability, cash management, cost control, and accurate reporting of all schemes.
  • Input into the application and credit control processes.
  • Understand income forecast and pricing of variations.
  • Understand the change control system.
  • Understand project risk.
  • Understand the production of CVRs.
  • Understand CTC.
  • Understand the production of forecasting data.
  • Understand the costing process.
  • Manage the full sub-contract cycle and input into sub-contract documentation.
  • Assist with weekly cost to complete/budget reviews with the contract delivery teams.
  • Upload documentation as and when necessary, in line with business requirements.
  • Review weekly site records including allocation sheets and site diaries.
  • Attend project progress meetings.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly financial performance reports.
