We are working with a high-profile privately owned strategic land promoter that is expanding rapidly.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Land Director, a well-respected name in the market, and will be responsible for assessing the viability of future land purchases and managing external planning consultants on applications and appeals.

The company operates across Bedfordshire & South East and has a number of prominent strategic land projects currently underway.

We are seeking a highly ambitious and driven town planner with 2-5 years post-graduate experience, preferably from a planning consultancy or house builder.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing town planning advice on residential house building projects or strategic land sites and will be looking to develop and grow their career at a fast pace.
