Opportunity Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Talent Attraction Partner with a strong background in technical recruitment to enhance our Global Talent Attraction team. This position is pivotal in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
Role Responsibilities
- Identifying, attracting, and engaging exceptional talent for Snyk, particularly within the London and European markets.
- Ensuring a diverse talent pipeline through innovative and dedicated sourcing strategies.
- Providing candidates and stakeholders with a seamless recruitment experience, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and expert.
- Utilizing data analytics to deliver valuable insights to stakeholders regarding candidates and market trends.
- Collaborating with key business stakeholders and fellow Talent Attraction Partners to achieve successful recruitment outcomes.
- Working closely with the Director of Talent Attraction and the broader team to develop strategies that align with market needs and business growth.
Qualifications Required
- A proven history of successfully recruiting top-tier technical talent, including software engineers and product managers.
- Comprehensive understanding of the European technology talent landscape.
- Experience managing both high-volume hiring and specialized talent searches.
- Strong sourcing capabilities to ensure a diverse candidate pool.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in balancing ongoing recruitment needs with project work.
- A data-driven approach to recruitment practices.
- Strong team collaboration skills within Talent Attraction and the wider people team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Expertise in sourcing methodologies.
- Experience scaling a pre-IPO SaaS or technology organization.
- Understanding of the DevSecOps or CyberSecurity sectors.
- Knowledge of recruiting for additional skill sets, such as Sales and Corporate Functions.
