Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Assist in the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to support staff, promoting best practices in person-centred care.
- Service User Support: Work closely with service users, their families, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans.
- On-Call Duties: Manage on-call duties as part of a rota, ensuring 24/7 support is available when needed.
Requirements:
- UK Driving Licence and Own Vehicle: Essential for travel between locations and supporting service users in the community.
- Qualifications: Ideally, you'll hold a Level 3 qualification or be working towards it.
- Experience: Proven ability in providing person-centred care and positive behaviour support.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on the on-call rota, ensuring continuous, high-quality support.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: Starting from £24,165 per annum.
- Additional Pay: £189 per month for sleep duties (based on 3 per month).
