ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to collaborate closely with the Operations Lead and Operations Director. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a rapidly expanding startup with significant growth potential.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing and managing all operational functions throughout the supply chain, as well as providing support for global supply chain initiatives. You will engage with third-party manufacturers, storage facilities, and end customers, fostering enduring relationships across the supply chain. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will work in tandem with our commercial and finance teams, facilitating cross-functional projects. Success in this role will be defined by:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your primary focus areas within the organization will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations to achieve productivity, accuracy, lead time, environmental, and financial objectives.
  • Consistently and accurately tracking activities across the entire supply chain, including quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery timelines, transportation costs, and potential issues.
  • Monitoring and reporting performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) with actionable improvement suggestions.
  • Reviewing, reconciling, and approving freight and carrier invoices.
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound inventory shipments.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through effective communication.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We seek candidates with experience in the following areas:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or retail operations within a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with product logistics, including third-party logistics, carrier contracts, production, quality control, customs, warehousing, and direct dispatch.
  • Strong numerical skills to analyze and communicate data effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with NetSuite is preferred.

Bonus Qualifications: These are not mandatory but would be advantageous:

  • Comfort with cost of goods sold (COGS), margin analysis, KPI production, and service level agreement (SLA) management.
  • Experience collaborating with brand partners, distributors, and retailers in startup or scale-up environments.
  • Ability to automate processes and enhance customer experiences at all interaction points.
  • Experience in procurement, particularly in cost negotiations and identifying new suppliers.
