Building Services and Technology Lead

The Building Services and Technology Lead will play a crucial part in driving the success of our product offering. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in innovative building systems and the latest smart building technology.
This role will lead our European Building Services and Smart Building businesses, working closely with our design-build and design consultancy teams, as well as our consulting and delivery partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of several projects, ensuring the design intent is preserved and mitigating potential issues during construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead internal and external project teams related to MEP and Smart Building Technology services
- Work with clients and project teams to define project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and construction costs
- Support building services engineering, contractors, and technical personnel to ensure design, costing, timing, and quality are in line with project requirements
- Collaborate with our architecture, design, strategy, and sustainability teams to develop best-in-class design and specify cutting-edge building systems
- Develop new client relationships and expand existing relationships by delivering strategic consulting advice, excellent value, and quality service
Requirements:
- 10+ years of work experience in Building Services Engineering
- University Degree in Building Services Engineering or related field (Electrical and Mechanical)
- Experience inspecting and supervising various MEP disciplines during construction and providing solutions to overcome site problems
- Experience responding to RFPs, developing fees for projects, and participating in client interviews
- Experience working on projects with sustainability, low carbon, or low energy goals and ambitions
