ABC Teachers is currently on the lookout for passionate individuals to become part of our National Teaching Assistant Programme, designed to equip candidates with essential skills for roles in primary education.

This programme includes engaging in a series of online training modules aimed at preparing you for a dynamic classroom environment.

Participants will receive personalized support from a dedicated consultant who will connect you with schools that have established partnerships with ABC Teachers.

Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your working days and hours to suit your personal circumstances, alongside opportunities for full-time roles from Monday to Friday.

As part of the programme, candidates will undergo a paid trial week at a primary school, receiving constructive feedback to enhance specific skills.

Requirements:
To qualify for the National Teaching Assistant Programme, candidates must:
- Exhibit a strong motivation and commitment to working within the educational sector.
- Be available for full-time positions.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a current DBS check registered with the update service.

Commitment to Safeguarding:
ABC Teachers prioritizes the safety of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. All candidates will undergo comprehensive interviewing and referencing checks, and must be prepared to complete an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
