Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team at Prince Personnel. As an Internal Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and managing day-to-day customer account activity, allowing our commercial functions to focus on growing and developing new business.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will report to the Customer Experience Manager and will act as the interface between the operational aspects of our organization and the customer. This will involve bi-directional feedback, ensuring that customer requirements are filtered into the organization and operational information is fed back to the customer in a timely and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop relationships with both new and existing contacts within the allocated customer portfolio to determine customer needs, expectations, limitations, and requirements for the purpose of providing customer satisfaction.
- Handle purchase orders from inputting orders into the system to updating orders to reflect any changes, and perform general order book maintenance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination with customers.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
