Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Nursery Manager to oversee our early years education program. This role is pivotal in guiding our teams to provide exceptional care, enhancing staff engagement, and maintaining high standards of early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursery teams to ensure exceptional care delivery
- Enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with HR to promote a diverse workforce
- Serve as a role model and mentor for high-quality educational practices
- Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Identify and develop future leaders within the team
- Implement strategic plans for nursery development

Qualifications Required:
Possession of a Full and Relevant Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years education.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Early Years settings
- Successful track record in regulatory inspections resulting in 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings
- Experience in fostering high-performance teams
- Strong understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection protocols
- Ability to cultivate strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and community partners
Desirable Skills:
- Decisive leadership capabilities
- Understanding of business principles and service excellence
Compensation:
Competitive salary starting from £42,523.80 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
