Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering and Project Manager to lead our dynamic manufacturing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in engineering and project management, with a strong background in Electrical and Mechanical disciplines
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • A fixed-term contract of 12 months, with opportunities for extension or permanent employment
