About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Internal Salesperson to join our team at SIG Plc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering new business sales and existing account development, driving sales and profitability within our branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Forge strong working relationships with key accounts and manage their expectations around product availability and delivery schedules.
  • Regularly engage with our external sales force, warehouse, and credit control teams to input orders onto our system.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key accounts to drive sales and profitability.

Requirements

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Deliver good quality customer service.
  • Proactive approach to sales.
  • IT literate.
  • Knowledge of construction products desirable, but not essential.
