ESG Data Analyst

Cameron Kennedy is seeking a highly skilled ESG Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our ESG Team, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing climate reporting capabilities, ESG data analytics, and data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of climate reporting capabilities across the business and affiliates
  • Assist with ESG data and analytics tools, helping teams understand and utilize them
  • Create data visualization tools for ESG and climate metrics using PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
  • Develop innovative data tools to analyze climate and ESG risks/opportunities
  • Support strategic planning by enhancing visualization of internal ESG AUM data
  • Track asset flows and integrate external ESG market data
  • Benchmark against market trends and summarize emerging risks/opportunities
  • Support the ESG Council's Data & Technology Working Group
  • Track and share ESG data-related market, regulatory and thematic developments
  • Assist with ESG data queries and discrete projects like marketing collateral
  • Help develop affiliate-level ESG KPIs where appropriate
Requirements:
  • Strong interest in ESG/climate topics and practical solutions for investors
  • Advanced data manipulation and Excel skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and well-organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
