Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets and exceed sales performance metrics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive business growth and revenue
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the M&E Sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and reporting
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the Mechanical and Electrical industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of the UK Mechanical and Electrical market, including industry trends and competitor activity
