**Business Analyst - Commercial and Financial Support**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Marks Sattin. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing commercial and financial support across our global business.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the preparation of the Group budget and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Prepare the Group budget and forecast packs for presentation to senior management, highlighting key commercial and financial insights.
- Provide key support to our overseas finance team, assisting with annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting.
- Complete month-end processes for overseas and group functions, including reconciliations, preparation of provisions and accruals, and review of overheads.
- Analyse the group P&L, understanding variance analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
- Prepare the monthly global KPI pack, providing a comprehensive overview of our business performance.
- Oversee daily sales reporting and monthly global sales estimates, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to senior management.
- Coordinate recharges to group territories, including central service fee and royalties.
- Support during the annual internal audit and risk reporting cycle, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Provide analytical support to our overseas finance team, assisting with commercial analysis and projects.
- Assist the Senior Business Analyst and Director of Group Finance on commercial analysis and projects as required.
- ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
- Experience within a similar role, preferably within the Media industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
