About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 7.5T Logistics Driver to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a Logistics Driver, you will play a critical role in delivering and collecting clients' information to and from multiple locations across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the secure and timely delivery of data to clients, maintaining the highest standards of security and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Operate a scheduled route to deliver and collect data, adhering to service delivery times and maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  • Lift and handle large amounts of data in a safe and secure manner, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition and meets company standards.
  • Comply with EU and/or domestic drivers' hours legislation, ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to company Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Hold a current, clean driving license for at least 2 years.
  • Have a full understanding of driving regulations and company policies.
  • Experience in customer service and logistics, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to use basic functions on handheld computers and other technology systems.
  • Previous experience as a driver, with a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and operation.
