About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar O&M Specialist to join our team at Recurrent Energy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety on our solar sites across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee health and safety and quality on new sites
  • Repair equipment when necessary and inspect work for satisfactory performance
  • Participate and provide on-the-job training to colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with company health and safety policy
  • Recognize issues and assess risks and review any findings with management
  • Identify and meet personal job-related training and development as required

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Level 3 electrical qualification
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DC electrical systems
  • Hardworking, reliable, and flexible
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and also work well alone
