Maintenance Engineer
**Job Summary**
Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Accrington. As a key member of the factory team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process through effective planned and reactive maintenance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct planned maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal production levels
* Respond to reactive maintenance requests to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules
* Utilize welding and fabrication skills to repair and maintain equipment
* Apply basic electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
* Develop and maintain strong mechanical skills to perform routine maintenance tasks
* Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
