Jago Consultants is seeking an experienced workshop leader to join our team in the motor trade industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing workshops and leading teams.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support from the service desk.
- Overseeing workshop staff and managing the booking diary to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensuring the workshop is run in a well-organized and productive manner.
- Handling incoming inquiries and correspondence.
Workshop Leadership Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Workshop Controller or Service Manager is highly desirable.
- Confidence and a deep understanding of workshop processes and team management.
- A valid driving license.
