Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Class 2 Heavy Goods Vehicle Operator to join our team at Culina Group. This role involves the transportation of goods while adhering to strict schedules and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work standard hours from Monday to Friday.
  • Deliver products for both the company and third-party clients to designated locations, ensuring adherence to the delivery timetable.
  • Accurately complete all necessary documentation related to deliveries.
  • Abide by company policies, including health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of transport department functions.
  • Manage working hours in compliance with the Road Transport Directive.
  • Follow all tachograph regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections in accordance with company protocols.
  • Obtain signatures for proof of delivery and return documentation to the Transport Office post-delivery.
  • Achieve fuel efficiency targets established by the organization.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Possession of a current CPC certification.
  • Knowledge of the Road Transport Directive and regulations regarding drivers' hours.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong skills in prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
