Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing a deep understanding of our products, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by developing a detailed knowledge of our products and services.
  • Build and maintain a loyal client base by demonstrating the luxury lifestyle and providing personalized recommendations.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the team in stock replenishment and participate in promotional events.
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to support the store's performance.
