Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team at BTG Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial planning and analysis processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business growth and decision-making.
- Cash Flow Management: Analyze and manage cash flow to ensure timely payment of invoices and optimize working capital.
- Financial Modeling: Create and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Contribution Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of business unit performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize resource allocation.
- Business Growth: Support the development and implementation of business growth initiatives through financial analysis and modeling.
- Qualifications: Qualified or finalist (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar FP&A role or transitioning from a corporate finance role in practice
- Skills: Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, proficiency in Power BI highly desirable
- Personal Qualities: Forward-thinking with a strategic mindset
- Salary: £60-65k base salary
