We are seeking a highly skilled Sub Agent to join our Calvert Area team based near Buckingham. As a key member of our team, you will assist with the construction strategy, including kick-off meetings, pre-commencement documentation, and coordination of construction operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the development of construction programmes, procurement plans, and design deliverable schedules.
- Liaise with our Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labour, plant, materials, and temporary works to carry out activities to the required standards, programme, and budget.
- Manage the site engineering team and be responsible for the performance and development of site and Section Engineers.
- Coordinate construction operations to ensure they conform to contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment, and quality.
- Assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting, site measurement, material reconciliations, and cost control.
- HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent.
- Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
- Must have experiences of working on Structures, Highways, and/or drainage.
- Must hold the following competencies: SMSTS, CSCS White, White/Yellow, Red-Experienced, Black-Manager, or Gold-Supervisor.
- Must hold a full driving license.

Our scope of works includes 15 viaducts, 5km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 67 overbridges, and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
