We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator at Talent Finder. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and running a label press according to job specifications, checking quality, and working to deadlines.

About Us

Talent Finder is an established company that manufactures plain and printed labels for a wide variety of clients based across the UK. We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround services provided to our long-standing customer base.

We are a busy but friendly environment, and we are looking for someone who is adaptable and self-motivated to join our team. The opportunity to learn flexographic printing and progress within the company exists for the right person.

Prior experience is not essential as full training will be provided. The candidate will require an aptitude for running machinery and be capable of working unattended when trained.
