As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in their daily tasks, ensuring seamless client service and exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Paraplanners and Advisors in preparing suitability reports and managing the LOA end-to-end process.
- Maintain client contact and handle all client tasks, including arranging and preparing documentation for Advisors.
- Conduct product research and provide recommendations to support business growth.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and drive results.
Requirements:
- At least 18 months of experience in a similar role within the wealth management industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
