Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Meallmore in Hilton Court. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents who are experiencing enduring mental health issues.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse at Meallmore, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to ensure the highest standards of care and clinical practice
  • Overseeing all aspects of the shift, including continuous assessments, planning, and evaluation of residents' needs
  • Mentoring and supporting your team members to develop their skills and confidence
  • Role-modeling best practice and promoting a culture of excellence within the care home
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with the NMC
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Previous experience of leading a team is desirable, but not essential
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care
