Performance Analysis Team Lead

Harmonic Operations is thrilled to partner with a leading Food Delivery brand, renowned for its innovative products and captivating story. As a CRM Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating customer experience and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse customer behaviour and data to inform segmentation, targeting, and campaign personalization strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as churn rate, retention rate, customer lifetime value, and campaign performance.
- Develop and implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and CRM best practices to continually improve and innovate the retention strategy.
- At least 2+ years of experience with CRM from an analyst/data perspective.
- Excellent understanding of retention metrics and customer engagement through CRM.
- Passion for analytics, testing, and optimization.
- Specific experience in Food Delivery, D2C, Ecommerce, or Grocery retail industries.
