Audit Senior Associate

This role of Audit Semi Senior in the Professional Services industry calls for a motivated individual with current experience across the Audit role within an Accountancy Practice environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring a team and ensuring the highest standards of financial auditing.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage audit assignments to ensure all audits are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
- Provide mentorship to junior members of the audit team to ensure their growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations to maintain a high level of technical knowledge in all areas of audit and financial reporting.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes where necessary to contribute to the overall success and growth of the Accounting & Finance department.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Professional Services industry.
- Exceptional knowledge of audit and financial reporting.
- A qualification in Accounting & Finance - ACCA/ACA part qualified or AAT considered.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary of approximately £31k-33k per annum dependent on experience.
- A 35-hour work week with the option for flexible working.
