Job Summary:

Npr Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or engineer in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred.
