About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Auditor to join our Runcorn Technical team. As a Senior Quality Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality across our site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems to ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and quality standards, including HACCP, legislation, ISO, BRC, and customer COPs.
  • Conduct regular internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance across all departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects and implement corrective actions.
  • Investigate complaints and non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventative actions to ensure quality and food safety standards are maintained.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track quality performance and identify areas for improvement.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Auditor with a strong background in food safety and quality management. You will have a proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Food hygiene/HACCP qualification advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team and on own initiative.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to make and communicate decisions.
