About GRAHAM Group

GRAHAM Group is a leading Civil Engineering company seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This role involves overseeing high-value marine development projects and requires someone with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in delivering successful Civil Engineering schemes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Establishing project budget and cost reporting
  • Reviewing contract terms and conditions
  • Procuring subcontract packages
  • Managing project costs effectively
  • Handling subcontract issues
  • Forecasting cash flow and budget compilation
  • Representing the company in commercial meetings

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a main contractor
  • Strong commercial acumen and cost control skills
  • Ability to mentor junior staff members
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
