Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Project Management team in the Pharma/Life Sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Project Management team, driving consistent and effective use of project management tools and standards.
  • Ensure clear project governance and escalation routes are in place for all projects managed by the team.
  • Provide direction to the team, develop their capabilities, and ensure resources are deployed appropriately to meet business needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Collaborators throughout the onboarding process and for the duration of the collaboration.
  • Manage multiple complex site-based projects/programmes contributing to continuous growth in Stevenage.

Requirements:

  • Extensive and proven experience of project management within the biologics contract manufacturing or similar Pharma/Life Sciences industry.
  • Scientific background with proven experience working within a pharmaceutical GMP environment.
  • Experience of managing customer relationships within a clinical or commercial environment.
  • Proven ability to simultaneously manage and deliver multiple projects of differing size, complexity, and duration.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and concepts.
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of customers and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to engage constructively with colleagues at all levels across different departments to deliver objectives.
