We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Account Manager to join our Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing both clients and staff to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of cleaning services to clients, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion.
  • Supervise and support a team of cleaning staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback, making recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements
