Job Opportunity: Mechanical Site Supervisor

Avd Appoint is seeking a skilled Mechanical Site Supervisor to join their team. As a Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team to carry out installation work within the agreed time, quality, and cost limits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Installation Department, Project team, and other parts of the business to ensure all installation activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
  • Maintain good relationships with the client's operational staff while ensuring high standards of Health, Safety, and Quality.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on role that requires solid supervisory experience and practical skills. You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver installation work, ensuring that it is completed to the highest standards and within the agreed time and budget.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High standards of Health, Safety, and Quality.
