About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our team at Alscient Limited. As a leading software consultancy, we partner with world-class technology providers to deliver transformational projects to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality solutions for our customers, utilizing their expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service functionality, customizations, and configuration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guiding customers and the company on the use of Dynamics 365 technologies and industry best practices.
  • Deliver quality solutions within a consultancy environment, leveraging knowledge of Project Service Automation (PSA), Marketing & Field Service, and Microsoft Flow or Azure Logic Apps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in delivering quality solutions within a consultancy environment.
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service functionality, customizations, and configuration.
  • Experience with Project Service Automation (PSA), Marketing & Field Service, and Microsoft Flow or Azure Logic Apps.
  • Hold one or more of the following certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, MB2-717, MB-200, MB-230, or MB2-716.
