Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality equity release advice to clients, ensuring that their individual objectives and circumstances are met.
- Provide comprehensive recommendation packs, including KFI's, in line with company best practice.
- Meet targets and KPI's, promoting Age Partnership as the UK's premier advisor in equity release.
- Adhere to documented processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all administration.
- Always adhere to the principles of 'treating the customer fairly' and 'customer duty'.
- Ensure competence to provide advice is maintained, with a programme of CPD undertaken and documented.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the business.
- Customer First: Be respectful, show awareness, and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
- Raise the Bar: Embrace change, commit to development, and be proud and lead by example.

- A minimum of 12 months experience in an advisory role within regulated financial services.

- Committed to quality of service and advice; highly compliant.
