**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Handle Court of Protection matters, including cases involving high net worth clients.
  • Manage a caseload of probate, wills, trusts, estate and tax planning, and services for the elderly.
  • Supervise a team handling Court of Protection cases.
  • Grow the department through business development and strategic partnerships.
  • Administer estates and engage in property-related matters.

**Requirements:**

  • Solicitor or Legal Executive with approximately 5 years post-qualification experience.
  • Extensive experience in Court of Protection matters.
  • Proficiency in handling high net worth clients, probate, wills, trusts, estate and tax planning, and services for the elderly.
  • Property experience is advantageous.
  • Strong business development skills to expand the department.
